China Continues to Aim for High Growth

(.com.cn) The National Development and Reform Commission said it will keep steady, relatively fast economic growth as its priority in the second half.

Zhang Ping, director of the NDRC, said the chief planning body will maintain the continuity and stability of macroeconomic policies.

Zhang made the comments at the 10th session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress on Aug. 25.
