Shanghai Stocks Slide as Investors Take Dim View of G20

(.com.cn) Miners, brokers and insurers led the way down as the Shanghai Composite Index slid 2.65 percent to 2,763.53 points on Sept. 28, with investors taking a negative view of G-20 leaders' pledge to continue economic stimulus measures.

"The market continued its recent correction, mainly due to increased financing activities and profit-taking," said Qian Qimin, analyst from Shenying & Wanguo Securities.
