Tangxiaqiao Village is a village in Shaodong County of Hunan Province. Zhao Fangqun, a delegate to the Shaodong County 15th People's Congress, was recently removed from her position. Zhao, 54, was elected 20 years ago as director of village women. In 2003, she was elected to the County People's Congress. In 2008, she was reelected as a delegate to the People's Congress.
