Gaming Giant Denies Rumors of Hackings

(Beijing) – Chinese gaming company NetEase said it was not victim to any hacking attempts, following an internal review of its security system.

In a December 29 statement, the company said to Caixin that reports of a hacking attempt which breached user data were completely false. The announcement comes amidst a slew of rumors over the loss of private data at some of China's largest internet companies.
