China Overseas Land Top-Seller in Beijing

(Beijing) – China Overseas Land, a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corp., had the highest total sales in 2011, according to the latest data released by SouFun.

China Overseas Land's sales for 2011 came in at 10.3 billion yuan, which was followed by Vanke and Longfor Properties at 7.4 billion yuan and 7.2 billion yuan, respectively.
