CDB Issues 2.5 Bln Yuan in Dim Sum Bonds

(Beijing) -- China Development Bank announced January 13 that it had completed the issuance of 2.5 billion yuan worth of bonds in Hong Kong.

The issuance of the yuan-denominated bonds, also known as dim sum bonds, includes 1.5 billion yuan worth of 15-year bonds at a 4.2 percent yield. It marks the first time a Chinese bank has issued long-term dim sum bonds.
