Gennady Zyuganov, chairman of the Russian Communist Party Central Committee, once sharply noted that the collapse of Soviet Union and the fall of the Soviet Communist Party were rooted in a monopoly of ideology, through which rule via only one man's voice was vigorously implemented; a monopoly of power, by which pursuit of political violence was aggressively promoted; and a monopoly of interests, which vigorously advocated all sorts of privileges.
