Beijing’s High-end Property Market Shows Strong Demand

(Beijing) – Sales of upscale residential housing in Beijing picked up in the second quarter, but prices continue to drop, a report by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) released on July 17 says.

In the second quarter, the area sold was 493,200 square meters, jumping 271 percent from the first quarter this year, or 67 percent higher than the same period last year.
