Fake Lawsuits Behind China's 'Famous' Brands

(Beijing) – At least six judges and three lawyers have been arrested in Henan Province over the past year for alleged links to lawsuit scams cleverly hatched to make consumer products easier to market.

The probes have rocked the legal community and tarnished the judicial system's reputation in Luoyang, a city of 6 million. More arrests are possible.
