Urbanites Expects Housing Prices to Rise, Survey Finds

(Beijing) -- A central bank survey of city dwellers has found that more than half of them think housing prices are "unacceptable," while about one-third think prices will continue to rise.

The central bank, which surveyed 20,000 urban residents in 50 cities in the first quarter, found that 34.4 percent of respondents said housing prices would continue to grow over the second quarter.
