Closer Look: Age Restrictions Are No Way to Control Beijing's Population

(Beijing) – The capital's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced an administrative circular in April that says city government departments should impose age restrictions when hiring graduates who are not residents with local hukou, or household registrations.
