Market for Trust Products 'Greater than 10 Tln Yuan'

(Beijing) – The potential market for trust products in the country is greater than 10 trillion yuan, despite slower economic growth this year, the executives of several trust companies said at a forum on September 14.

By the end of June, the amount of assets under management by trust companies reached 9.45 trillion yuan, earlier data from the China Trustee Association shows. This figure puts the industry ahead of the insurance sector.
