After Bo Xilai, Businesses in Chongqing Struggle to Regain Footing

(Chongqing) – Some assets confiscated or frozen by the Chongqing government during the rule of toppled party chief Bo Xilai have been returned to private owners, although official redress of these cases still seems far off.
A private developer in the municipality in southwestern China, Junfeng Real Estate Co. Ltd., had 200 million yuan frozen by the Chongqing government in 2011, when it became a target of a sweeping anti-organized crime campaign headed by Bo and his then police chief, Wang Lijun.
