Wave of Personnel Changes Follows Party Conclave
(Beijing) – Personal changes have been taking place in Communist Party, government and military circles in the days since the third full meeting of the party's 18th Central Committee ended.
The closed-door meeting, or plenum, charted out a comprehensive reform blueprint, including reducing the government's intervention in the economy, making changes to the party anti-corruption commission and cutting local government's influence over courts.
