Another Sichuan Businessman Caught in Banking Scandal

(Guangzhou) – A banking scandal in the southwestern province of Sichuan has ensnared another businessman.

Wu Zhong, chairman and Communist Party secretary of the Chengdu Investment Holding Group (CDIH), is under investigation for "serious discipline violations," anti-corruption officials in Chengdu said on December 25. The phrase "serious discipline violations" often means graft.
