Another CNPC Official Investigated by Party's Graft Fighter

(Beijing) – Another senior executive in charge of cooperation on oil and gas development projects has come under investigation as an anti-graft investigation continues to hit China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), the country's largest producer of oil.

Yan Cunzhang, general manager of the foreign cooperation department at PetroChina Co., a listed of subsidiary of CNPC, was detained by the Communist Party's graft fighter in early April. No information regarding the investigation has been released.
