Apartment-Sharing Website Tujia Gets US$ 100 Mln Investment

(Beijing) – The Chinese tourism website Tujia.com said on June 18 that it got an investment of US$ 100 million in its third round of fundraising.
Tujia.com, which was founded in 2011, is akin to Airbnb.com, the California-based apartment-sharing website. Airbnb.com has an estimated value of US$ 10 billion.
Tujia got the investments from GGV Capital, Lightspeed China Partners, CDH Investments, Qiming Venture Partners, China Broadband Capital Partners, Ctrip.com and Homeaway.com, said Luo Jun, the CEO of Tujia.
