Ensnared Official Was CCTV Journalist before Joining Security Ministry

(Beijing) – The country's top prosecutor announced on July 14 that three former senior officials were being investigated on suspicion they took bribes.

The three were Li Dongsheng, a former vice minister and vice party chief of the Ministry of Public Security; Jiang Jiemin, former head of the agency that regulated the country's state-owned enterprises; and Wang Yongchun, former deputy general manager of China National Petroleum Corp.
