Another Kunming Cadre Comes under Scrutiny of Graft Investigators

(Beijing) – The Communist Party's graft buster said on April 10 that it is investigating Gao Jinsong, the party chief of Kunming – the third current or former party boss of the capital of the southwestern province of Yunnan to become the subject of an inquiry over the past year.
Gao, 52, was named Kunming's party secretary in August, replacing Zhang Tianxin, who was demoted for corruption. Zhang was party boss from 2011 to 2014.
