Party Urged to Perform 'Integrity Checks' before Promoting Officials

Zhuang Deshui, vice director of the Research Center for Government Integrity Building at Peking University, said that the party's anti-corruption office has done a good job in cracking down on graft, and should expand on that by establishing a mechanism for ensuring officials are clean.
