Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. is further extending its business reach with a $25 million investment in the home renovation platform of 007 eService China Technology Co.

The 007 eService online system matches construction and renovation providers with customers. The company boasts 50,000 registered workers providing services in 307 cities.

Alibaba said it will share data and warehouses of its own furniture and construction materials business with 007 eService.
