The former vice governor of southwest China's Guizhou Province, Pu Bo will be arrested on suspicion of taking bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced Wednesday.
Pu was expelled from the Communist Party and dismissed from public office earlier this month, according to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.
Pu joined the Party in 1990 and began serving as Guizhou’s vice governor in January of this year.
