NetEase mobile game “The Day After Tomorrow” has unseated the mobile gaming industry’s reigning champions to become the most popular game in China in November, data tracked by IDC announced Monday.

“The Day After Tomorrow” is the first game to surpass Tencent’s leading games in nine months. From February through October, the gaming giant’s “Honor of Kings” and “PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds: Exhilarating Battlefield” took turns at No. 1 on the charts.
