Chinese tech giant Lenovo was hit with a patent infringement complaint in the U.S., the Ministry of Commerce said Wednesday in a notice on its Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau website.
The U.S.-based company Neodron Ltd. filed a complaint last week alleging patent infringement in “Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers, and Components Thereof,” requesting an unfair-competition investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
