Didi’s Delisting, Relisting Plan Faces Bumpy Ride, Experts Say

Experts say Didi Global Inc. — which sensationally announced Friday that it would delist from the New York Stock Exchange and pursue a listing in Hong Kong — faces a bumpy ride ahead, as associated stocks tumble.

The ride-hailing giant announced in a one-line Weibo post (link in Chinese) at 9 a.m. on Friday, Beijing time, that after careful consideration it had decided to delist.
