Huawei Suspends Auto Business Chief Wang Jun

Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. suspended its auto business Chief Operating Officer Wang Jun, who also served as the president of its self-driving product line, a person close to Huawei confirmed to Caixin.

Huawei’s rotating Chairman Xu Zhijun mentioned the leadership change during a recent visit to Changan Automobile Co. Ltd., with which Huawei is co-developing the premium electric vehicle Avatr, the person said.
