Chinese Students Injured in Shooting at Michigan State University

What’s new: Two Chinese students were shot and injured in a mass shooting at Michigan State University (MSU) that left three people dead and five wounded, the Chinese Consulate-General in Chicago said Thursday.

The two Chinese were taken to a hospital for treatment after the attack on Monday, but are now out of critical condition, the consulate said.

It urged Chinese citizens in the city to take greater security precautions, citing a spate of deadly shootings in the U.S. this year that have included Chinese victims.
