China’s three state-owned telcom giants are ramping up their expansion into cloud computing, potentially disrupting a market dominated by privately owned tech firms.

China Telecom Corp. Ltd., China Mobile Ltd. and China United Network Communications Group Co. Ltd., known as China Unicom, managed triple-digit growth in their cloud computing business in 2022.
