Chinese Online Grocer Missfresh Stock Tumbles on Nasdaq Delisting Risk

What’s new: Shares of Missfresh Ltd. closed down 9.09% at 56 U.S. cents on Tuesday after the Chinese online grocer announced one day prior that it faces the risk of delisting from the Nasdaq.

The Beijing-headquartered firm said in a statement Monday that it received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq as it failed to comply with the bourse’s minimum $10 million stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing by June 5, 2023.
