China Premier to Speak at 2024 World Economic Forum

What’s new: Premier Li Qiang will attend the 2024 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, next week, while paying an official visit to the host country, the Chinese foreign ministry announced.

Li is expected to attend the opening of the annual event, foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said during a press briefing Thursday. He is scheduled to speak on Jan. 16, according to the forum’s website.
