Chinese Finance Veteran to Join World Bank Leadership

Export-Import Bank of China Vice President Zhang Wencai is slated to become managing director and chief administrative officer of the World Bank Group, the U.S.-based institution announced Tuesday in Washington.

Zhang will be the third Chinese representative to join the World Bank as a managing director, following Zhang Shengman and incumbent Yang Shaolin.
