Listen to the full version

What’s new: China launched a financial consumer protection service platform on March 15, allowing consumers to file complaints and request mediation directly with banks and insurance companies through a WeChat mini program.
Developed by China Banking and Insurance Information Technology Management Co. Ltd., the platform, still at a trial stage, provides a one-stop service for efficient complaint resolution through an automatic mechanism that connects consumers with financial institutions.
