Iran signaled it is ready to open talks with the U.S. following a tentative ceasefire, while warning it would retaliate more forcefully if Washington abandons negotiations, Iran’s ambassador to China said Wednesday.
AbolReza Rahmani Fazli told a press conference in Beijing that Tehran would engage based on a 10-point peace plan it has proposed, which U.S. officials have indicated could serve as a workable framework.
