Indonesian Media Firm MNC Digital Seeks Hong Kong Listing

Indonesian content producer MNC Digital Entertainment has applied for a secondary listing in Hong Kong, underscoring growing interest among Southeast Asian firms in tapping the city’s capital markets.
The application, filed Monday, makes MNC Digital the second Indonesian company to pursue a secondary listing in Hong Kong, following gold miner Merdeka Gold Resources in March.
