Analysis: China’s AI Hiring Boom Reshapes Graduate Job Market

China’s artificial intelligence (AI) boom is rapidly reshaping the country’s graduate job market, with tech firms racing to secure young talent even as companies increasingly expect workers across industries to use AI tools in their daily work.

In the first two months of this year, about 26.2% of job openings posted by China’s new economy companies were AI-related roles, up sharply from just 2.3% during the same period last year, according to a report released in March by job-seeking platform Maimai.
