European auto giant Stellantis NV and Dongfeng Motor Group Co. Ltd. plan to form a joint venture (JV) to sell and produce electric vehicles (EVs) under the Chinese carmaker’s Voyah brand in Europe.

Stellantis will hold a 51% stake in the JV, with Dongfeng Motor holding the remaining 49%, the companies said on Wednesday. The proposed JV would handle sales of Voyah-branded vehicles in designated European markets.
