Chinese Premier Li Qiang called on the global community to foster innovation by tearing down barriers, declaring that China will keep its economy open despite international volatility.
“We hope everyone will be practitioners of win-win cooperation and actively support, participate in, and promote global innovation collaboration,” Li said Wednesday at the opening ceremony of the World Economic Forum’s Summer Davos in Dalian. “No matter how the international winds and clouds may change, the door to China’s opening-up will only open wider.”
