China’s new-home prices showed broader signs of stabilization in June, spreading beyond the country’s biggest cities to its second- and third-tier markets, though the recovery remained uneven.

New-home prices rose from the previous month in 20 of the 70 major cities tracked by the National Bureau of Statistics, according to data released Wednesday. That was four more than in May and the largest number in more than a year.
