A Chinese court sentenced Zhang Jianhua, a former deputy director of the country’s defense industry regulator, to 10 years in prison for accepting millions of dollars in bribes, marking the latest high-profile conviction in Beijing’s sweeping anti-corruption campaign.

The Dazhou Intermediate People’s Court in Sichuan province handed down the sentence on Wednesday. Zhang, who served as a senior official at the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, was also fined 3.8 million yuan ($560,000).
