Chinese tech giant Xiaomi Corp. on Tuesday launched and open-sourced its latest AI model series, MiMo-V2.6, which the company said feature stronger reinforcement learning capabilities and offer more affordable API services.
The new lineup, comprising of the multimodal MiMo-V2.6-Pro and MiMo-V2.6-Flash models, claims top performance among homegrown open-source models after a five-month development cycle.
