A former top securities regulator in Central China’s Hubei province has been expelled from the Communist Party for alleged disciplinary and legal violations, with his case handed over to prosecutors, the party’s top graft-buster announced Monday.
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) accused Wang Guangyou of illegally trading stocks, holding shares in unlisted companies and violating organizational rules by failing to report his whereabouts.
