Glorious Leads Developer Rush to List in Hong Kong

(.com.cn) Private Chinese real estate developers are rushing to go public in Hong Kong to take advantage of an improving stock market and a recovery in the mainland property sector, analysts said.

Glorious Property will list on the Hong Kong bourse on Oct. 2 following a share offer running from Sept. 21 to 24, with UBS, JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank underwriting the issue.
