Home Prices Decline in November

(Beijing) -- The average home prices for 100 Chinese cities fell for the third month in a row in November, according to real estate research house China Index Academy (CIA), as government curbs over the overheated market continued to bite.

Home prices for the 100 cities tracked by the privately-owned consultancy averaged 8,832 yuan per square meter last month, down 0.28 percent from October.
