Consultancy: Cost Advantages Dip for Chinese Manufacturing

(Beijing) – The lure of low-cost manufacturing in China may be declining on higher labor costs and yuan appreciation, according to a consultancy.
In a recently released report, global consulting firm AlixPartners expected that on the waning appeal of the Chinese manufacturing industry, higher labor costs and more active labor unions could be on the rise.
