A Matter of Priorities

 

While investors are focused on reforms to interest rates and capital account convertibility, they seem to have neglected a more critical element in the financial market – market entities.

Can financial institutions really be responsible for their own profits and losses? If they could, why did some become "too big to fail," and why did angry people protest against Wall Street's investment bankers?
