(Beijing) – Hardly immobilized by nearly two years of scandals among top officials, suspicion of corrupt practices at China's Ministry of Railways continues to radiate from smaller offices. A five-minute promotional video which first raised eyebrows at the National Audit Office for its 18.5 million yuan budget spurred an investigation which has now led to a probe over a railway official and his wife.
