Give Mainland Chinese the Option of REITs

American investors made money from China's property development through securities last year.

Guggenheim China Real Estate ETF, a China focused exchange-traded fund (ETF) managed by renowned investment company Guggenheim, reaped earnings equivalent to 56 percent of total investment in 2012, the highest among all U.S. ETFs. It charged investors 0.65 percent of total investment for commissions, also the highest among its American peers.
