Li's Path for Resolving Long-Standing Energy Problems

Li Keqiang, the premier and director of the National Energy Commission, sent many positive signals in his speech at the commission's first meeting in mid-April.

He pointed out the path to solving China's longstanding energy problems: to launch a number of projects to restructure the energy layout and achieve green, low-carbon development using cleaner energy.
