Greece's Problems Returning to the Fore

The Greeks elect a new parliament on September 20 – again. The government led by premier minister Alexis Tsipras held for about eight months before turmoil within his party forced him to resign. Amid global financial turmoil and the flow of refugees to Europe, Greece has disappeared from the radar of investors.
But problems rarely disappear by themselves. There are several reason Greece no longer has the attention of financial markets. Perhaps some believe that the third rescue package, in July, eliminated Greece's economic problems once more and ended a headache for financial markets. Unfortunately this is not the case, even though Greece's economic indicators suddenly look much better.
