What’s new: Thirty-nine crew members, including 17 Chinese nationals, are missing after a Chinese fishing vessel capsized in the central Indian Ocean, state media reported Wednesday.

A deep-sea fishing vessel owned by Penglai Jinglu Fishery Co. Ltd. capsized early Tuesday morning with a crew of 17 Chinese, 17 Indonesians and five Filipinos on board, the state-run Xinhua News Agency reported.
